Default radio troubles

Do I have the dreaded factory amp problem with my 2003 1500 QC with infinity system? I have no sound , just a rhythmic tic out of the speakers and I have a few turn signal quirks since this started. I took out my rb4 and put the factory unit back in same problem. thanks

I would jst put a small aftermarket 4-channel amp on the speakers then.
