I have an 07 Ram 1500. It has Uconnect and Sirius built into the vehicle. My problem is that I don't have the stereo upgraded to the infnity 6cd changer. The head unit does not display the song that is playing or the caller I.D. I am wondering what my options are going to be. Can I buy a nice panasonic head unit that is bluetooth and sirius read and then use the existing uconnect and sirius? Or can I put the infinity head unit in (if i can find one for a decent price)? any info is apreciated.
