i ama big fan of JL audio. they make stealth enclosures for the console between you front seats and an enclosure for under the back seat. They even come with the speakers and the boxes are are built to the specs of the speaker so they have the correct amount of airspace. they make awesome amps for just about every application. iwould suggest sony or pioneer or alpine for mids and highs. i have alwasy had great success with them and love the way they sound. www.jlaudio.com and you can see pics and specs
