I had a 82211473-ab Nav radio & 8221104-AB Uconnect installed my 08 Caravan and it does't work. The dealer said it needs a wiring harness that is not yet available, Is this right or don't they know how to install it? Anybody know the answer?

There are 2 wiring kits

1. For customers who did not get a factory installed UConnect with microphone mirror
they will need to get the wiring kit, part number 82211649, they will also have to
purchase a service microphone mirror.
* As for when this kit will be ready to ship, Inventory Control has told me mid April.

2. For customers who did get a factory installed UConnect with microphone mirror
they will need to get the wiring kit, part number 82211666
* As for when this kit will be ready to ship, Inventory Control has told me mid April.

In summary both the above kits should ready to start selling mid April.

The part number for the mirror is 55157457AB. Hope this helps...DAVID
