Default BIG 3 Upgrade on a '97 Dodge Ram 1500

Hey guys,

I already know how to do the neg from the battery to the engine, and the engine to the chasis (both negatives) but how the hell do you get a 0 gauge terminal ring on to fit on the positiveof the alternator?(that runs from the alt. to the battery (+))? (Doing runs of 0/1)

Just curious cause i did a run of 0 gauge from the main neg. off the engine to the battery neg. eventually going to do a run from the engine to the chasis. I tried to do a run of 0 gauge from the pos. of the alt. to the pos. of the battery and that was a no go. (Was gonna put a 300 amp fuseable linkbetween the alt. pos. and the battery pos.)

(Oh and i have a MeanGreen H/O Alt. which puts out 210 to 220 Amps at 2000 rpm)

Thanks for the help!
