Will this work in 07 QC 4X4, & is it plug & play or do I need other components?

Part # 05064184ac is the REC Navigation unit. It is plug and play in your truck. I put one in my 2007.5 Ram. You will need a navigation bezel since the REC is larger than your current stereo (REF or RAQ most likely). Everything will work fine such as factory uconnect, sirius, steering controls etc.
