Default alpine cda-9884 install

I have an 01 Ram 1500 4wd 5.9l. I'm trying to replace the stock deck, and install an Alpine CDA-9884 after market deck.I have the wiring harness all wired, all colors and descriptions matching. The only wires not used are pink/black (audion interrupt in lead), blue/white (remote turn on lead), brown (mute), and orange/white (dimmer).
when hooked up tuner works fine plays, tunes does everything supposed to, but when switched to cd or ipod no sound plays through the speakers. slight buzzing noise plays but no other sound. cd is playing and ipod is playing on deck, but no sound. If anyone has any clues please help.

Nope, just that most chrysler vehicles are wired with either a power antenna or an amp, rarely both. You had the amp turn on wire (car side) wired up to the power antenna wire on the deck side.
