Unhappy 2000 Dodge Ram front speakers problem

Hello everybody!
I just installed a new cassette player (yes there are some strange people...) in my 2000 Dodge Ram regular cab. But the old problem still persists: the front (doors) speakers start sounding only after driving for about hour or two (doesn't matter winter or summer), every time. When they start working they sound fine - no crackle or other bad noise. I opened one of the door panels and examined the speaker and wiring -- everything looks fine. What could be the problem? Is this something obvious? I am not electronic savvy, just can install a new radio and something simple like that.
Any help would be appreciated!

Many things could be the issue, but a direct short or burnt wire sounds like the issue. You will need to run new wires to that speaker and it should help ya.
