Old School HCCA Competition series

System in my dak is all stock for the moment, that'll change when I get some cash. Had a decent setup in my Integra but I decided to sell it with the car and start over.
System in there was:

JVC Arsenal KD-AR860 Head Unit (Had a Kenwood Excelon unit that got stolen before that, I'll never buy an Excelon again, not worth the money. The JVC actually sounded better with my system than the Kenwood did)
PPI 1/2 DIN in-dash EQ
Infinity Kappa 6 1/2" components front and 6 1/2" coaxials rear.
Kenwood KAC-8452 4ch amp
Audiobahn A8000T mono sub amp
Audiobahn AW1006T 10" high excursion sub
2.4 farad cap

The sub and sub amp were on my list to replace but I never got around to it before I sold the car, that one was surprisingly decent for Audiobahn though. (Bought it from a friend before I knew much about car audio) Planning on getting the new Alpine head unit made for ipod to put in the dak with Polk speakers all around and 2 10" Elemental Designs SQ10 subs up against the back wall between the seats if I can get the box right.

 

2 12" Kicker comrv, JL 1600 watts amp, 2 6.5 200 watt Fusion speakers, 2 6x9 300 watt fusion speakers, Kenwood deck.

im looking for a box to fit 1 12' sub in an 01 dodge ram quad cab. I have 2 15' kicker compvr's with a 1600 watt amp in my old car...now for my dodge im looking into just 1 of the new kicker CVX's max the wattage with an amp of my choosing...

700 Watt LA Sound Amp (I've since took the word "WATT" off of it)
1200 Sony Xplod 12 inch
Electronic Crossover (Dont know the brand)
Sony 180 Watt Headunit
2 5.25" 200 Watt Pioneer Speakers (Front)
2 5 x 7" 300 Watt Pioneer Speakers (Rear)

Thought i'd post my system...

1997 Dodge RAM 1500 SLT (Club Cab, not extended) Laramie

HU: Eclipse 5000 Cd/Mp3 player 50 or 60X4 ...eq and all that good stuff
Speakers: Two 6X9 Eclipse Speakers (4 way speakers), Two JL Infinity 5 1/4's in the rear
Subs: Two 12" MTX 5500 series (Competitions)
Amps: Eclipse 4 channel amp...75 watts x 4...or 150 x 2 (Mines at 75x4), Kicker Amp.... rated 375 watts at 4 ohms...mines wired at 2 ohms giving me 750+ watts (Class D Mono Block) 750x1 :-)
Five Farad Capacitor, w/ 2 guage wiring all throughout my amps, cap, and to my battery
Battery: Same as it came w/ the truck...Everstart900 CCA, always over 13.7 volts solid. (if it goes...getting a Yellow Optima Deep cycle battery

Alternator: Stock she screammmss at heavy bass tho :-x
and i still can haul 5 people safely :-P

Using Tsunami 2 guage wiring + Tsunami 5 farad cap.
