Default Radio Help

I have a 1996 dodge dakota SLT and I was listening to my radio when it just decided to shut off on me. I have a Kenwood deck installed in my dash, but I still have my OEM unit and I tried re-installing it after I checked all my fuses including the one in the back of my deck. neither the fuse under the dash or on the back of my deck have blown but I have replaced both. The 12v constant (far left on the gray wiring harness) doesn't get above 1v when I tested it and the 12v switched does have all 12v running to it. can any body help me with this? is it as simple as just getting the 12v constant to have power to it and my radio will turn back on? is there a fuse underneath my hood that I should check? any help would be great

thank you

Sounds like a fuse somewhere.
