Hey everyone,
currently shopping for my boyfriend's christmas present- he wants blue headlights&fog lights for his '98 ram 1500.
I was told by a friend I have two options:
1- get the fancy halogen lights, but I was told he'll have to rewire his headlights? and that it'll cost quite a chunk of money?
2- get the "bootleg" version, regular headlights tinted blue?

as you can tell, I'm completely lost. Any help as to what I should be buying and where I can find it would be so appreciated.
