No Sound Wireless Headset

Hello Everyone,

I am a Dodge newbie. I have just purchased a 2005 Dodge Durango 2WD even though it's 2011. I can get sound through the stereo system but not through the wireless headsets. Please help.

Take them apart and make sure they are connected on the back side?
