Default Monitors in headrests, with stock ram nav. Need help

Hey guys. I've got a 09 ram sport quad cab 4x4. Without factory alpine or nav. I recently acquired a factory nav unit. It is installed and workin great. I want to add two monitors in the head rests. Probably alpine. I will be using the lockpick as well. That being said. I was told I will get a crappy picture on the new monitors because they will be fed from the sub par factory navigation screen resolution. ? What do u guys think? Got any suggestions? Am I actually ok like that? U fig now days they would have to make some sort of upconverting box or something?
