Dodge RAM 1500 Rear Camera

Anyone know if there is a way to override that the rear view camera is only on in reverse? Would sure be nice to have it as a wide angle rear view mirror when driving and should not be any safety hazard.

On the OEM head unit? Wont work. Need something like a Pioneer AVIC model
