cd errors

I have a 2006 Ram 3500 Cummins and have problems with the cd changer. CD gives an error mess. "no audio files" anyone have the same? Any solutions?

Sounds like the laser may be dirty. Will it play a regular CD? MP3's? Does it do it on all 6 disc?
