I think you just gave the guts to do my own. I have not done radio install on something this new but I think I will.

We completed the install of my Clarion NX501 this past sunday. We were able to remove the plastic yellow connector from factory sirius antenna and then plug that directly in to the sirius universal tuner. just an fyi for future installers

I have my radio (AVH-4400BH Pioneer) and am getting ready to the install this weekend, but I have some questions.
Do I need a Double Din dash kit?
Do I just use the kit on the original?

You cannot use the original one. You either need to buy a navigational bezel ($100) and an install it or buy a custom made one and I just so happen to know a guy that goes them and does excellent work.

OK. I now have a install kit on order.
Sorry Weed I did not realize you did 3rd gen bezels, I ordered and received one from another site. Thank you.
