Default Speaker help needed

Well, I have an '08 Ram Big Horn with the Infinity 7 speaker sound system with amp. I've bought the $90 harness, antenna adapter and double din. I need some speakers since several of mine are blown. Now it still sounds ok and I hardly even notice and I blast my radio lol. What sizes do I need? I'd guess after bypassing the factory amp I'd surely have to replace all 7. Dodge only wanted like $38 for the front doors but dash one was $58 but I have 3 in just the dash. I'd rather just buy all 7. I really like the Kicker stuff, I've always went Kicker subs and Memphis amps. I'm not stuck on any brand, I want good speakers at a reasonable price. I need speaker sizes and speaker brand opinions. As far as my deck it's a Kenwood but never tried their speakers. My old '01 Dakota cc had a full wall, (4) 15's lol. I only want a clean sounding setup. Also, info on pulling the dash speakers?

6x9's in front doors, 6.25's in rear doors I believe, and 3.5's in dash. Not sure how to get to the dash speakers.

Thank, I'll probably pull the rear panels to see if they're 6.5. I'll also just take a peek at the dash or call Dodge.
