I purchased Dodge Durango 2013 model equipped with Uconnect 430RBZ. It has got the capability to play DVD. When I insert DVD, only audio is heard, I don't get to see the video. Do I need to buy additional screen to view the DVD or am I missing some settings? Please guide.

 

are you in Park?

 

I had the same problem until I tried it with the engine running while in Park. There was a soft key to 'show video' which wasn't there when only in accessory mode.
