Lightbulb New System, Speakers & Amp? HELP & OPINIONS appreciated

Totally a newb to car audio. I'm attempting to build the audio up in my truck. I currently have infinity system in my truck, which I will be ripping out since tweeters are dead and rear driver speaker is dead.
---
Front:
Amazon Amazon
Rockford T1693 6x9
100w rms
200w max

Rear
Amazon Amazon
Rockford T152 5.25
120w rms
240w max

I have picked these speakers off of amazon, what amp would be sufficient for these? As I'm reading that power is a issue when it comes to running these straight off of the head unit (which I haven't been able to pick out yet). I went these sizes, 6x9 and 5.25 since they are exact fit to my doors well lets hope depth wise too.

From my research I will be needing a 4-way amp at about 100rms to power all 4 speakers in the rig?
Since its Rockford T series, should this amp pair with them just fine?
Amazon Amazon
Rockford T400 4 Multichannel 400w

Here's my other debate should I buy this too or leave it as subs may not be needed for these speakers right this moment? and just buy the box and work on subs later, if its even possible to run all 4 speakers and mono sub off that rockford T amp?

For the subs if its a go from you guys, I'm picking this up off of craigslist for $250 this friday. Is that a good deal considering its pretty pricey new at $850? Comes with wires, amp(250w amp), subs(2 10in JL), and the custom box that goes under seat. Or should I just build my own box?
---

Main concern is; should I even bother getting the box off craigslist with all the stuff with it? Will the speakers sound good? What headunit should I go with under $150? How clear will my audio be considering there will be $420+ hard earned dollars into the speakers and amp alone?

I think you have some solid plans on the gear. Fosgate is reputable, old skool and solid gear

With that being said, check out this 2nd Gen dash piece I made for a double DIN head unit.
