I just purchased a new 2012 Durango Citadel. Whenever I try and place a call or receive a call over bluetooth, all I can hear is my own voice echoed back at me. I don't hear the caller at all and they don't hear me. I own an HTC Sensation, but I've tried it with several phones and I get the same problem. I checked for software updates, but there doesn't seem to be any available. Also, streaming bluetooth audio works fine. I'm new to this forum but I couldn't find any similar post so any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Welcome to the site. I cant help though. If streaming works fine then your pairing should be fine too.

Have you looked through the manual?
