I had an 09 ram and bought an all gig for it as it was the better choice then the lockpick. However almost a year ago I traded it for an 08 3500 with the 6 disc radio, amplified speakers, and uconnect and I kept the allgig planning on selling it. However almost a year has gone by and I still have it and we have been wanting a touchscreen head unit with a backup camera as our truck is lifted. Doing some research I've found that lockpick makes an adapter to put a low speed mygig into a truck like mine but at the cost it would be better to get an aftermarket screen instead. Is there a way to use the allgig and put a mygig in my 08 3500?

 

Using the lock pick adapter kit vim 5, I believe that you can just flip a switch on the LP unit to accept the HS unit.
