I am needing to replace a failed touchscreen in my 2008, Currently i have an earlier version of this radio and it has died.

I need a replacement. I dont care about the audio aspect of the unit all I use it for is hooking up my laptop and rear view camera.

So should I just buy another of these "oem" units that is newer, or should I but a double din and new dash bezel.

I am torn since i dont really care about the audio quality i Just listen to a few radio stations and REALLY RELY on the non factory rearview cam since i have a work topper on the truck.
