I have a 2012 Laramie with the RHR Navigation system. It routinely dumps the address book and "home" address. I may have narrowed it down to when a IPHONE is plugged into the jack in the glove box. I have the latest firmware update and have had a dealer look at it twice. Any advice? Looking at the web it seems many people have the same problem. I sent a email directly to Dodge and got a pathetic "not our problem" response.
