Then they should contact owners and own up to the fact that they have a shoddy piece of equipment in these cars and they're willing to work with us to fix it. When something is touted as a great selling point when you buy the car, it should at least last until the thing is (mostly) paid off. Didn't even make it halfway here! This was the first (and probably only) car I've ordered from the factory and three years in, things start going wrong. Bad business.

Our uconnect bluetooth connection quit 2 days after driving off the lot. Brought it back multiple times and never got it fixed.
