Default Need Radio Connector Pinout or Radio Wiring diagram for 2008 Grand Caravan SE

Does anyone know how I can get a wiring diagram showing the connector pinouts for the stereo in my 2008 Grand Caravan SE. I have a 4 speaker unit that doesn't have a separate amplifier. Installing aftermarket stereo Taken from another car and have some doubts about connections.

Can you share? Does it include the pinout for the subwoofer amplifier plug below the driver rear 6x9.

I'm installing an amp from a Navigator and 8" sub.
