I have a 2014 Charger with the Beats Audio. I had the dealership install a factory parts back up camera. After the install, the surround sound option on the Beats audio is no longer there, and you can physically hear that all the speakers are not working. The dealership has no clue how to fix this for going on 2 months now. Anyone know how to resolve this??

 

Well if the dealer installed the system and the dealer cant fix the problem they caused by installing the system, have them remove it and then take it to another dealer.
