2014 Ram 1500 XM Not Working

Just to let everyone know, the XM finally works. When the dealership went to replace the antenna, they found that the connection in the driver side rear pillar was messed up. They repaired it, and know it works fine. I don't know why they didn't check all connections in the first place.
