How do I get at the rear speakers?

I'm trying to pull off the rear interior door panel to replace the rear speakers but I can't seem to get it off.

Am I missing a screw?

remove the rear seat belts. Then the top inside panel. Then the bottom inside panel rear speakers are 5 1/4.
