Default just put in a new stereo head unit

I was hating how my stereo sounded in my 2005 Ram with the stock 4 speaker set up. The lack of bass didnt bother me because I know the difference subs make, but the clarity of the sound when turned up was totaly unaceptable. I wanted to change out my my head unit and upgrade my door speakers but didnt have enough money for all. So I went with just the head unit a Pioneer Premier deh-P5901b. What a difference!!!!! The door speakers (although not premium) came totaly allive. I am pleased enough to just leave them alone as long as I dont blow them now that my head unit is 50w per channel. My question is this.... my current subs in my basement are2 10"mtx thunder 5500's that require air space in a box of .75. MTX makes a box to hold 4500's with not enough air space to hold the 5500's. Is there anything out there that will fit in the truck for these speakers. I have a 4 door and haul 2 kids every now and then (I like to use my wifes car for kid hauling because they are cracker dropping juice spilling machines) so i cant rid of the back seat.

thanks
chad

Chad,
I recently replaced my 4 speaker set up in my ram with an alpine head unit with sirius installed and 6x9 jl audio 3 ways in the front and 6 1/2 two ways in the back. The mid and highs were great and the bass sucked. It was a shocker to me as I thought replacing the 4 speakers would get me the bass I wanted. So after about 4 months of nice mids/highs and no bass, I just added the mtx amplified thunderform under the back seat. I knew before buying it that it wasnt the setup that was going to "rock the neighborhood". I just wantedsome nice, clean, tight bass. Well after the install, I couldnt be more pleased with the sound. I played all kinds of music, and after getting everything adjusted, that box rocks. I know that there are other companies making custom boxes, but for me the mtx gives me exactly what I was looking for. Just wanted to let you know so you can make a decision. Good luck
