Default Stock CD player with sub install

Ok I just bought a 2003 Dodge Ram QC and I need to get a sub installed but I want to keep everything looking stock and clean so I want to keep the stock CD player but still have a descent 12 inch sub under the rear seat. I've done plenty of sub installs for myself and friends but always with an aftermarket HU so I'm not really sure how to do this. I know it can be done but what is the wire called that you need to get to convert the signal over to subs to make them compatable? And how exactly does it in install? Where can I buy it at? Thanks for all the help.

It's called a Line-Output Converter and can be had at any car audio shop. It connects to the rear speaker wire's and gives you 1 set of RCA outputs. (4-channel LOC's can be found for a 4-channel amp application also) But you'll need just a basic one. They can be founf starting at about $10-$15 for a basic oneand go up from there for adjustable ones and 4-channel ones.

Or you can get an amp with high level inputs, basically the amp has a built in l.o.c.
