Sorry, I am still working on the install so I don't know yet. I'm very busy so it will be awhile before I give them power.

installed amp and wiring yesterday and today. i bought a rockford p200.2 from ebay (2 x 50w rms), pyle 4 ga. wiring kit. rockford p1694 speakers ordered but not here yet, so still running original factory 6x9. i mounted the amp under the drivers seat at the rear, with wiring connections facing to the rear. seat slides over it real nice. removed all panels, trim, seatbelts, cupholder, etc for access. ran power wire down drivers side and around rear of cab. blue amp turn on and rca's down passenger side and around the rear. ran new spkr wires to center, and then down the middle alongside the 4wd shifter, which is where my cb is mounted. looks good. i think i'm going to like it. it did the bigger overkill wiring in case i want to upgrade later. i've got some pics, will take more tomorrow. also need to get some more wire loom. it was a lot of work. now i know why they charge so much to install them.

I bought the Pioneer 6X9's and 6 1/2's and am I very pleased. The install was a whole lot easier than I thought. I did have to snip off the prongs on the outside of the 6 1/2's so they would seat properly.

I'd say go with Hertz over MB Quartz. Funny how the expensive and good **** ends with 'Z' but seriously, Hertz has an amazing sound and crazy power handling capabilities much much much cheaper than MB. Thats what I did, and I have never regretted it!

Sorry, I didnt realize that when they were that old. On my car audio forums they get locked when noone wants answers, otherwise if it is unlocked you can respond,, and I just assumed that someone out there might want an answer.

If theres no point in responding, why is there a point having it????

It's a good reference for other people who have similar questions (that's assuming they use the search tool and find it of course )
