STUPID STUPID STUPID. DCX needs to get away from Mitsu. Let them build their own truck. Why does DCX want to give the same vehicle to another manufactuer to comepete w/themselves. Kinda like having the Dodge and Plymouth/Chrysler Neon when they did. I even think having the Town & Country and Caravan is kinda stupid, but oh well. Why build something to compete with yourself?! I thought the rumor was that DCX was cutting ties with mitsu?!

I don't know. I really don't like the direction that trucks are going in. It seems that trucks are being created for a different class of folks now. I like the looks of a regular truck. It all went down hill with the inception of the Avalanche.

from the looks of the back I definatly like it a lot better than the 05 dakota, but overall it would depend on what the front end looks like as Mitsubishi seems to excel at making ugly as sin front ends lately.

I don't like it because it doesn't shout anything out like the new Ram or SRT10 ram...

DC motors only. The 4.7, and 3.7 will be used in the raider, no HO 4.7 will be offered to my knowledge.

It's not to compete with themselves, it's to collect more money, it's alway about money. It saves Mitsu money because they don't have to necc. build the truck (it's being built in a DCX Plant) so that saves them tons of money there, and DCX gets paid by Mitsu for making the truck and they'll most likely be getting a cut of the sells or something. Plus it widens the market, for those stupid people that will only by a vehicle with a Japaneese name.
