Default lifetime powertrain regulations?

wasn't there a website that had all the regulations and such for the new powertrain warranty?

I think it's pretty lousy they won't cover the diesel guys. I can see the SRT's, odds are they will be driven hard and things will break when you drive a vehicle all out. But why not cover the CTD's?
