Just got the news via netzero.com. Looks like our dealers are gonna be busy for awhile...

DCX finally agreed with the government for the recall......

I think it's for the Durango's with the faulty ball joints. i'm glad they're doing a recall.

Does anyone know where I can read an article at about this. I got rid of one durango with that ball joint problem and was getting ready to shell out a grand to get the durango I have now fixed for the same problem.

heR/Truck, go to the New Member Area, click on the topic Greetings and Salutations.. That's a thread about the Durango problem, and the last post has some links, hopefully to what you're needing.

I'm still pi$$ed that they're only covering 2000-2003 models. My '99 has 132K miles on it, and is on set #3. Fortunately, the last time I didn't use Mopar replacements, so I now have grease fittings (on the lowers, anyway!)
