My next door neighbor's daughter is in town with a rented Sebring and she thinks it is an awesome car. She said it was comfortable, qiuet and fuel efficientwhen she drove over a700 mile trip. I will most likely be buying a new Avenger soon. Maybe the reason they are not selling well is because people are giving it a bad wrap out of personal feelings and hear say instead of actual driving expriences. I dont know what people are saying, but I do know that the Avengers are flying off the lots around here. My sister is actually trading in the Dakota tomorrow on one.
August issue of Motor Trend ripped on the Avenger in a comparo...10th out of 10.What a shocker to find a Dodge product at the bottom! That Sebring is adisgrace to the last gen of Sebrings.
It's not the "people", consumer reportsis J.ap car biased. If it's german, it's an automatic black circle and if it's American, it's an automatic blank or half black circle. bastards...
Or it could be the 21/30 mpg and the~$20,000 MSRP. The Honda Civic Sedan starts at ~$15,000, gets 26/34 mpg, and is legendary for reliability. The numbers are against the Aven-ring, butit does havea nicer interior. [sm=smiley20.gif]
The current Sebring is leaps and bounds better than the last Sebring. And comparing a Civic to an Avenge is cool. Why don't compare the Honda Insight to the Avenger since none of them are in the same class. If you want to compare vehciles compare the Accord to the Avenger.
