Default Mexico low sulphur fuel??

Will be pulling our 5th wheel with our 2007-3500 Ram 6.7. Dodge has a "low sulpher diesel requirement for that year of truck. Anybody had any experience with Mexico's Pemex fuel and what they sell down there? Also, are there any Dodge dealers or repair depots down there?----Cheers, Ron

Dodge does exist in Mexico: http://www.dodge.com.mx/

Not sure about the diesel question...though they still sell the 5.9 in Mexico according to the site...

ummm dusty, I believe you are incorrect. I live in Mexico. Yes, Dodge does exist here. around 70% of gas stations in Mexico have diesel. also, the price of gas here is cheaper. Its like $0.65 dollars a liter... talking obviously of the Magna one, the green

I know someone in Az that had a 100 gallon aux tank and would go fill up once a month in Mexico and save a considerable amount of money that way

I'm talking about the not uncommon event of getting bad fuel, not the prices. I drove thru northwest-southeast Mexico about 12 years ago and had to have the gas tank drained TWICE because of bad gas. Prices ARE cheaper, but you take your chances.....

again Dusty, you are wrong. Pemex has improved a lot since 1990. But well, what can I say... have 3 cars using diesel... any way, its your choice.

You need to re-read my post. I was talking about gas, not diesel.....

ac? can you read....

He's talking about buying fuel from stations that are rarely visited in small towns where there is not as much traffic through them as a larger city. which perfectly makes sense to me at least. I am not gonna fill up my baby with gas from some sleezy country bumpkin store that's for damn sure.

alright Ben, now you are being rude. I honestly don't like when a guy with experience in forums... like you, insults a country. Oh and btw, this "sleezy" country is not as dirty as youR own government. so, how 'bout you start judging your country first. Let's not do the stereotype game. I'm not here to be rude to you, I'm here to have things clear.
Oh and for Dusty, I dont want to be rude with you, but you are getting a wrong idea of how the gasoline (and diesel) in Mx. are getting high quality. Thank you for your kindness.

So please dont get me wrong, alright Ben?
PEACE
