2005 Dodge Dakota Laramie Quad Cab 4X4 in Light Almond.

I have some very intresting news that was sent to me, from a source from DaimlerChrysler Headquarters in Auburn Hills. He sent me a e-mail saying that the color that many you love (Light Almond), will be replaced on Ram and Dakota models for 2006 w/ the color Light Khaki! The color is already offered on the 2004 and 2005 Dodge Durango as well as the 2005 Jeep Liberty. Light Khaki as well as a color known as Dark Khaki are very popular color choices this year so far. Light Almond colored Ram and Dakota models, have had a falling in sales for the past nine months, and he went on to say the new color will give the Ram and Dakota models, more of a upscale color scheme. He didn't say if Dark Khaki would be an option on Durango, Dakota, or Ram models for 2005.

I like blues........ Electric Blue and Midnight Blue like my Neon. But the colors aren't ugly though......

 

ramfan5.9, the color on your Ram is Emerald Green Metallic, they quit making it on the Sport models in 1998, when the Ram recieved the first part of its faceleft that year!

its got liek blue flakes in it...is it still emerald green

 

Personally I wouldn't buy a vehicle with the new colors, but if they had something kinda spiffy like a two tone red with blue or some brighter colors except yellow, then it would be cool, but the new colors aren't that bad either.
