The Mega is the same wheelbase as the Quad 8 ft box. They simply put the short box on and put the extra space in the cab. So I don't expect a Mega with the 8ft box unless we see a unique frame. And I don't really expect that until we get the new Ram.
As far as the 6.1 Hemi - it's a PVO engine. Don't look for it in anything without a SRT8 badge.
Even though nothing was apparently mentioned in the press conference, MDS is a go in the 1500 series.

i thought i read that the 6.1 will be available in heavy duty models
