The name "IMPERIAL" was applied for trademark on 4/12/05.

So in other words the Dakota Stampede trim is gone. The rumor of a big LX under the Chrysler brand named Imperial is alive. A two door version of the Charger or the LX platform to be called Challenger. The new Ram and Dakota grille designs are going to be patented. And some new feature named Swing Step will be introduced, have to find out more about that one.
