Default Chrysler recalls 25,000 cars for sticky pedals

http://money.cnn.com/2010/06/04/auto...call/index.htm

The gas pedals were made by CTS, the same company that made the effected Toyota gas pedals.
Funny, eh?

Now, is there a way you guys will say that "Chryslers design of the pedal led to the problem" like you said about Toyota? (Even though the Denso-made pedals used in the Toyota's didn't suffer the problem)
Chryslers numbers (25,000 + 10,000 foreign cars) are low because, well, look at sales figures.

(I will still admit, Toyota definitly covered up/tried to cover up information and facts about unsafe conditions on their vehicles to avoid recalls, and that's not cool. But, we know every company does the same thing, just Toyota sells a LOT of the same vehicle)

The difference if that there are no reported issues with the Dodges, they are just recalling them because of where they are made. 0 claims, accidents or any other issues. Just a CYA move on Chryslers part.
