The Chrysler Group unveiled the all-new 2005 Jeep(R) Grand Cherokee, during the SUV's world debut for media at the New York International Auto Show today. Available with the first HEMI(R) engine ever for a Jeep vehicle, Grand Cherokee can produce 325 horsepower and 370 lb. ft. of torque. The 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee offers three unique 4x4 systems to provide command and control of the road, industry-first application of electronic limited slip differentials in front/rear/center, and is the first Jeep equipped with electronic transfer case engagement.
