The merger isn't new, it's old news. FCA just changed their name. Most other manufacturers here in the US don't even make sedans/coupes any more. It's all SUV's. And yes, everyone is going to all EV's. Also, Stellantis isn't dutch, its Italian. (and french....) They are headquarters are in the Netherlands though.....
