They don't need to kill it, it's actualy a nice sporty little car with just one real problem, they want way to much money for it, drop the base from 30k to around 23-25k and the SRT from 46k to around 32-34k and then it would sell pretty good I bet, just at it's current price it's not worth it, i'd rather spend 39k and get a 300C SRT-8 instead very close performance wise with a lot more space than 46k for an SRT Crossfire.

I've heard from people inside SRT that the SRT-6s are the best handling cars in the whole SRT line up. They said it was the chassis, almost no flex at all.

If they brought the SRT-6 Crossfire down to around 30k....then I could see keeping it. The car doesnt warrant the price they are charging...PERIOD.

You could buy a fully decked out SRT-4 for about 25k.....offer the base crossfire at 25k...and the SRT6 around 30-32k...

Stealth is completely right, with all the Benz parts on it the price is obviously going to take effect on it. If Chrysler is going to refuse to lower the price, then removing the Crossfire might be necessary. Plus they then could go with the Firepower in its place...

Do not get me wrong, I totally agree with him in regards to those parts....that's precisely why they should remove it from their lineup.
I can see charging 50k for a 6.1 SRT8 Firepower coupe...

I cant see charging 50k for a SRT6 Crossfire....I can buy a Porsche, Corvette, any other SRT-8 model, and an SRT-10 Ram...
