I hate it that Chevy claimed the "Most dependable, longest-lasting trucks on the road" marketing strategy for their trucks because that SOOO righteously belongs to us. But then again, at the bottom of the screen on those commercials, I also see an asterisk and then some words too, in small print.
They probably say *excluding all vehicle makes from DAIMLER-CHRYSLER.
LMAO!

This just proves one of my points. Toyota is way over hyped. Of course, Consumer Reports will forget to mention this in their reliability ratings. I like Fobes, I think their pretty trustworthy (that is what GM should have said instead of dependable).

but... only five are listed.. i wonder if that means only five are being examined or that means that every other company have lower percentages

well, if you dont baby your DC, it will rust, seriously. Like on my sx, there is rust right behind the door already and i baby that thing.
I would not have to single out Chrysler as being the "worst," (however, they seemed to of had problems with paint in the vehicles from the early 1990's), but, everyone could use some improvement. I'm just happy my little Dakota is pretty good considering it was in Northern Illinois for 10 years. The big thing you can do it just wash and wax it good, and get the bottom of the car protected.
