When it comes to Chrysler/Jeeps, I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth Monicatti Chrysler was. I bought my first brand new car from there and i've never had a better experience. I had a junk trade in which they actually offered a decent trade in amount, they were pretty understanding and respectful of me and my family (18 years old w/grandfather cosigning). What will always stand out is 2 years later, i went by to check out new deals. My salesman did not only instantly remember my name, but started asking specifics about my next deal "is your grandpa going to cosign again to get you that military discount?" I ended up having a brainfart and bought a ford focus (which i traded in after about 2 years because, well, it was a ford focus), but i wouldnt hesitate to back to Monicatti again for any Chrysler/Jeep. Only thing that kills me is i'm more of a Dodge Truck man now, and i havent really found a great dealership. I got my Dakota at Mt.Clemens Dodge and my SRT10 Ram at Meadowbrook, both for the deals offered. No bad experiences, just not the service i had over at Monicatti. I felt that Monicatti went out of the way to inform the client of the car and the transaction. I've sold cars and didnt know some of the stuff they were telling me!

A little off topic from the Challenger, but thought i'd share some thoughts

the constitution prevents you from being sued for slander...unless you were making things up. if youre only stating facts, accompanied by your opinion, you cant be sued. if anything, anyone who has a problem with something stated here would contact us, not you...
