I love the look ever since I saw it at the SEMA show. Then dodge made SRT-4 concept. Changed the front from the SEMA show car to allow more air in.
I was hoping all neons would change to this style. But NO. They desided to put the minivan caravan nose on the neon. To my suprise, people liked it. Then to my surprise, now that they may bring the SEMA show car to the standard neon. People hate it. It's taking away from the SRT-4 comments.
Would you people have felt that way if the neon got the nose first then the SRT-4 got it?

I love the look. It give the neon the mini viper look.
Love to see it as a R/T 2.0L H.O. with fiberglass or aluminum hood and trunk and front fenders for SCCA racing.

 

see, it's kinda ricey. I mean, if it had come first, then the SRT-4 undoubtedly would have gotten something more extreme or different, as it is, now it looks like the neon is trying to imitate the SRT-4, and everyone is going to mistake these new neons for their faster kin. I think that's a bad thing, because now you'l lhave people driving around in these neons thinking they're the fastest thing on the street, just becuase it looks like the SRT-4. Boo on dodge for that move.

 

i dont know how it is boo on dodge when they are going to sell more, people are gonna want it for those looks, and people arent gonna not but the srt4 because the regular neon looks like it. compare this to the RS camaros of the late 90's. they had a body kit that you souldnt get on the SS, and even though the RS was a v6, to me and many other people, it looked faster and cooler than the v8 SS
