Yep, working on one right now. Its a 74 that has a 318, but I am working on my 383... Flat top Forged Aluminum Pistons, Punched out 30 over, medium cam, bit of chrome, and am looking for performer manifold. The body is fairly tight except for the floors.

Will have photos when presentable

Hey there,

21-year old out here in boring ol' Palmdale, got lucky & found a guy named Mark who owns Marks Mopars; Selling me a '70 Challenger 440 4-speed combo for $9,500...I'll have they car completely paid off on Dec. 11th...can't wait, been making payments since April. It has the RT hood, no AC, PS, or Power Brakes. Deep metallic green paint with green/black int. Has Rallye dash, pistol grip, wood-grain wheel. 1st mods will be upgrading to 2" Hookers through 3" piping out through the Flowtech Warlock mufflers, and swap to a 3.91 posi rear gear into my 8 3/4" rear end. After about 5 months, I'll have the $$$ to get the cam, Indy heads, and 500" stoker kit. I'm hoping to build a serious 600hp+ street/track thumper that will kick some @$$ on the Mustang, Camaro, Firebird, and ricer contigent out here in Pamldale and at LACR. Gotta admit though, very lucky to have gotten the chance to get this car...and lucky to get the overtime to pay it off in 8 months! G'night all!!! =0)

Welcome to DF! Glad to have another Mopar muscle car owner on here. Sounds like you got one helluva deal, I wish I could come across one like that and be able to finance it.[&o] If you've got some pictures of it we would love to see it, we love pictures here. I would love to build the other 440 I have into a big hulking beast, but I cannot round up the $$$ right now to do it just yet. It sounds like you've got a good parts combo, I definately want to see it after your done with it too.
