I read somewhere that one of the fastest factory (non race) cars ever was the 68 road runner with a 440+6 in it. I also read that the 440+6 could give the Hemi a run for its money. Anyone had an experience racing a Hemi with the 440+6?

Regards,

Napoli

poly: roadswimmer doesn't come here anymore cause he hates the people on dodgeforum.com. He's on www.moparpages.com and www.moparts.com now.

napoli: there is no 440+6 or 440 4bbl. in '68, just 383 and hemi and the hemi has a 40hp jump on the 440+6 from '69 anyway.

Wow... that's a hell of a thing to say... why does he hate the people here?

No Idea, when anyone mentions this site he posts that the some of the people are quick to flame. I haven't seen it yet.

I just checked back through his posts and I have only seen maybe two ify threads that he might have had an altercation with someone. I've never had any problems or known of anyone else to have any with him. If he was having a problem with someone on here he should have let us know so that we could have taken care of the situation. There are a few people that tend to come off flame-like, but that is usually just a misunderstanding. That is why I keep telling people to use the smilies to convey the intent of a post, wether it's serious or sarcastic, that way no one gets offended.

Either way he will be missed.[sm=smiley13.gif] Too bad, I liked conversing with him.
