Ok here we go. A6= ratio: 3.54:1 w/9.75' (dana 60) Axle X8= sure grip: YES. This was taken from Galen V. Govier( the most know it all in the way of decoding mopar fender, vin and broadcast sheets, he wrote the bible.) And the car thiswas taken from is a1968 dodge coronet 440that has a 426 hemi 833 4-speed inland shifter and a3.54:1 dana 60 with sure grip. http://www.gvgovier.com/services_sam...oding%20Sample

Now the sport sat and the regular sat as well as the Belvedere line which is the base for the RoadRunner/GTX lines is often overlooked for the RR/GTX and i dont know why ever looked at a factory build sheet for the sat/bel you could do anything with these cars except get the 335 hp 383 RR superbee engines and the 69 1/2 440 6 engine in 69 for 70 you could even have these and of course the 426 hemi..my question did they build any and were are they at? Chevorlet made a 1970396 4 door chevelle you know with a munchi 4 speed to boot...and a 4.12:112 bolt posi..talk about a grocery getter...

There has also been one or two verified cases of '72 RR/GTX's with the 440+6 even though '71 was the last year for that option.
