my charger has 700 miles on it took it to the track and could only get it to run 13.9 and 103.2 trap speed, im hopping because of low mileage and a combination of the heat down here in texas it was 101 at about 6pm at the track in evedale,tx i was very disapointed 60foot of 2.1 please tell me it is that its just not broken in yet or the heat affected it also it was the first time i have ever ran at the track sry so long

 

I wouldn't be too concerned about your track times. Heat soak is a huge power robber on the 6.1. Plus, you need to put some more mileage on the motor. After 5000 miles, the 6.1 gets stronger. I would wait until cooler temps to expect better track times......

 

thx man it alsso was first time i have ever ran a car at the track i just bought throttle body spacer and airaid cai it should also help
